Dr. Rebecca Scott D.D.S
After earning her Bachelor of Arts in Zoology from the Miami University in Oxford, OH, Dr. Rebecca Scott pursued her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry in 2001. Her specialty training includes her certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry Pediatric Residency Program in Omaha, NE.
Dr. Scott is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Nebraska Dental Association and associate member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Don Fricke, Dentist
I graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry and have been practicing dentistry for 47 years. Two of those years were spent with the Navy in Kodiak, Alaska. My enjoyment working in dentistry comes from the people you work with and the many patients who were wonderful people.
I was Academic All-American & Captain of the football team at University of Nebraska in 1960 and served as Regent from 1985-1991. I have been married for 45 years to Judy, we have 3 children, Julie, David, and Dr. Becky. My hobbies include hunting, golf, husker sports and travel.
Dr. Scott Hamilton, Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Hamilton was born in Lincoln, and has been a Nebraskan ever since. He went to Sheridan Elementary school, Irving Jr. High, and Lincoln Southeast High School. He graduated from the UNMC College of Dentistry in 1999 and the Pediatric Dentistry Residency in 2001. He began teaching in the summer of 2001, and started his dental practice in 2002.
Dr. Hamilton enjoys fishing, hiking, and 5:00 PM every night, when he gets to play with his daughters, Hayley and Linden. He acknowledges that he joined the club of men who over-married when he convinced Kristin to be his wife. He is a lousy golfer but he still tries a few times every summer. He goes to as many Husker games as possible and really enjoys pediatric dentistry--especially those days when the kids and their parents learn the importance of good home dental care. He is excited to work with Dr. Scott and her staff, and to meet her amazing patients.
Coach Dave, Sterilization Technician
I work as the sterilization technician and help with polishing and taking x-rays. My favorite part of the job is helping children with oral hygiene and seeing their smiles every day.
In my free time I like to watch football and spend time with my two kids, Allyson and Andrew.
Miss Tanya, Dental Assistant
In 2002, I moved from Holdrege to Lincoln where I became a preschool teacher. This work with children inspired me to attend dental assisting school in order to pursue a career involving children. I graduated from my dental assisting program in 2006 and began working with Dr. Becky. I truly enjoy working with all the great kiddos at our office! I love seeing their smiling faces, listening to all of their funny stories and being able to pass on good dental knowledge and healthy habits for a lifetime.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband Tim and our 2 beautiful girls, Nyleigh and Paisley. Nyleigh keep us busy with her sports activities and Paisley, who is almost 1, brings us so much joy and we try to capture every baby memory possible.
Miss Katie, Dental Assistant
I was born and raised in Nashua, New Hampshire. I served active duty in the Marine Corps for 4 years where I met my husband Brian. We have a daughter, Lydia.
I began working as a Dental Assistant with Dr. Becky in March 2011. One of the best parts of my job is working with all the kids, teaching them the correct way to brush and how to take care of their teeth. Outside of work I enjoy hanging out with Brian and Lydia, and skyping with my family in New Hampshire.
Miss Riley, Dental Assistant
Originally from Homer, NE, I moved to Lincoln in 2006 to attend college. I graduated from Southeast Community College in 2008 with my Dental Assisting degree. I had a year of experience with a general dentist when I began working for Dr. Becky. My favorite part of this job is the fact that every day is different. I adore all of the kiddo's fun personalities and getting to know them. I also like teaching them how to care for their teeth properly.
In my free time I hang out with friends and family, I have 2 older brothers and amazing parents. I also like to shop, exercise and try new restaurants. I consider myself very lucky to be working with such a caring staff and great patients.
Miss Bethany, Office Manager
I grew up in Lincoln and attended the University of Nebraska Lincoln where I received a Bachelors of Arts degree in 2008. After graduation I spent two years as a missionary and English teacher in Tarma, Peru. When I returned home I married my incredible husband Jason and began working for Dr. Becky as her office manager. I enjoy helping parents as they try to meet and anticipate their children's dental needs, and helping our Spanish speaking families maneuver a new environment.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband doing DIY projects on our new house and watching movies.
